Group Fitness Classes

Our coaches create a fun and supportive environment suited to beginners and those with more experience.

 

SBD

SBD is designed to get you strong and build muscle, while keeping conditioning short and sharp. In this class we focus on the powerlifting movements; bench, squat and deadlift. 

Following a structured 4 week block, our coaches will make sure you progressively overload weight, reps and technique to get the most out of every class.

Strongman

Fun strength training using the stones, yoke, and other strongman equipment.

TIMETABLE

Classes run on the following days and times:

Monday 5:45am and 9:15am

Tuesday 5:45am and 9:15am

Wednesday 5:45am, 9:15am and Strongman at 5pm

Thursday 5:45am CARDIO

Friday 5:45am and 9:15am

Strongman is a specialty class on every Wednesday at 5pm.
