Online Programming gives you access to the Train Heroic app where you can track your weights and also watch exercise tutorials.

Choose from two programs:

  1. Physique 

    Designed to get you looking and feeling your best. It includes a mix of light cardio and bodybuilding to build your ideal physique.

  2. Power 

    Designed to get you strong. It includes a mix of powerlifting and traditional strength training to get you lifting heavier than ever.

Online programming is $15 per week and is available for SCB members or non-members.
