Novice Powerlifting Competition

Join us Saturday 13 April for a fun and challenging day of powerlifting. Novices of all levels are welcome.

Squat / Bench / Deadlift

Entry Fee $75 / Spectators Free

This competition is for novices only. Please do not enter if you have competed in a sanctioned powerlifting comp.

Weigh in at 8am Saturday 13th with first lift at 10am. This comp will follow GPC rules.
